New Scottish Rite brothers are initiated at Reunions, which are generally held twice a year (Spring and Fall).  However, the COVID 19 Pandemic greatly affected how Masons have been able to initiate new members.  In response to this worldwide crisis, the Orient of North Carolina took the unprecedented opportunity to hold a statewide Virtual Reunion, using Zoom technology.  As such, on November 20th, 2020, seven brothers joined the Valley of Franklin, along with other brothers across the state.
